A Holmes Beach property on the bay side of the island, where the water views come with boating and fishing rather than surf.

Elements delivered the outdoor transformation here, working with an existing house rather than a clean site, which is a different discipline entirely. The spa, the pool and the surrounding hardscape and planting had to be fitted to a structure and a grade that were already set, and made to look as though they had always been intended.
