229 Garfield Drive, Lido Key, Sarasota

Lido Key asks a specific question of a property: can it hold people between the beach and the evening? This one answers it on every level.

Elements built a heated pool with an integrated spa and a waterslide, held by a covered poolside lounge with a television and an outdoor bar, so the pool deck functions as the main living space rather than an overflow from it. Lush planting closes the site. Above, a rooftop deck opens to Gulf views and the sunset.

Steps to Lido Beach, and a property that gives guests a reason to come back from it.
