135 Grant Drive, Lido Key, Sarasota

Three storeys on a compact Lido Key lot, and the outdoor space had to work on all of them.

Elements set a heated pool and spa at ground level, held by a covered lanai for shaded dining, then took the programme upward. The private rooftop deck carries multiple seating areas turning the roof into a genuine second yard rather than a viewing platform. Palms close the ground plane for privacy.

On a lot this size, building up is the only way to get resort scale, and this property gets it.
