107 Palmetto Avenue, Anna Maria, Florida

One minute from the sand on the beach block, this property puts as much design into the roof as the ground.

Below, a heated pool and in-ground spa sit against a covered lanai, with an outdoor kitchen and bar seating turning the deck into the working centre of the house. Above, a two-level rooftop deck carries a putting green, a fire pit and Gulf views oriented to the sunset, with balconies stepping between the two.

Two complete outdoor environments stacked on a small lot, which is the only way to get this much programme this close to the beach.
