A 2023 new build in Cortez Beach, on the narrow stretch of Bradenton Beach where the Gulf and the bay are both a short walk away.
Elements built the pool and the surrounding outdoor environment as part of the original scheme, integrating hardscape and planting with the house rather than adding them to a finished building. On a seven-bedroom property the outdoor space carries real load, and designing it in from the start is what lets it do that without feeling like an afterthought.
